Most people think that heating caps are bad for your hair because it provides heat to your head. But most people fail to realize that this heat is indirect heat which means that it actually doesn't go straight to the hair , The heat goes through your plastic shower cap to heat up the conditioner that you selected for your hair. Heating caps should have a control switch to chose high heat , medium heat, or low heat. Selecting the medium or low setting would be less harsh to the hair witch would provide better results.
