  • Eat dark green vegetables like spinach, green beans, and broccoli , they're loaded with vitamin A and C which are hair needs for growth.

  •  Also  beans and eggs are good for promoting growing hair with the ample iron, zinc, and biotin it have in it .


Washing hair ....


  •  Wash hair no more than once a week at the most for best growth results. This method also work good with African American hair as well.

 Deep condition...
  •  Deep condition your hair once a week for best  penetrating action to take place.
  
Moisturize your hair...  

  • Hair should be moisturize when you feel is needed. For African American hair, hair should be moisturize everyday, or every two days at the most.



Hot oil treatment...

  • Hot oil treatment should be use at least once a week after you deep condition your hair, especially women of color.



Dandruff ...

  •   Unlimited extra oil from scalp witch cause dandruff.


Ends clipped... 

  •  End should be clipped no more to 6-8 weeks.

Hair products that contains alcohol is a ''No''...

  • Stay away from products with alcohol in it like gels, mouse, and spritz. It could dry all your natural oils out.

Heat....   

  • Excessive heat can be damaging to hair also, the minimum heat should be once a week, best result for healthier hair would be no heat at all. 

Swimming...

  • while swimming keep hair wrapped up in a swimming cap so the chlorine want strip out your natural oil in your hair.

  •  Hair relaxer should be stretched out between 6-8 weeks for less breakage to occur.

  •  Permanent color dye hair should be moisturize every single day with a light base oil to penetrate the hair .

  • unlimited stress, stress can cause bad conditions for your hair.

  • Do not rush combing, or yanking on your hair this can be prone to more breakage then your hair is already is.
